Description
Create your own design of screen print which we will then turn into a lampshade for you to show off to your family. This workshop is great for beginners wanting to learn the simple delights of the traditional hand cut stencil, learning how to cut your own unique screen printed image, mix inks for fabric printing, and pull prints onto fabric. We will then show you how to turn your screen printed fabric into a lampshade, leaving the workshop with your one of a kind creation.
To help you create your own unique screen print we suggest bringing along some visual inspiration, this can be anything from gardening books, to magazine cut outs, photographs and fabric swatches. Anything that will help you feel inspired.
Refreshments will be provided, but please bring a packed lunch or you can visit one of the fabulous cafes or takeaways in Emsworth.
