We are happy to send to your purchase directly to your recipient, and include a small card with your message. Please message us to arrange.
Commissions
Commissions are available for all fused glass including splash backs, basins etc as well as our general products. We can also arrange commissions from our artists.
Processing Times
Please note we are not online on a Sunday or Monday, so processing will be out of those days.
Delivery
We despatch all orders via Royal Mail second class. Orders over £20 will be sent signed for. If you would like to upgrade to first class or tracked postage, please contact us.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for personalised items unless they are faulty. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and satisfied with the service you receive. If you are not, for any reason, please contact me to discuss it and come to a satisfactory conclusion. Please see separate workshop booking terms and conditions for cancellations and moving of your booking.
