I cant think of anything nicer than having a whole weekend to craft and make… this one is super special… you get to make your own vintage 50’s style dress ready for Goodwood Revival, summer BBQ’s or a special night out or wedding.
This is over a Saturday and Sunday 10am – 5pm each day. You will learn measuring and pattern alteration, pattern cutting, sewing and joining, zips and finishing techniques. Please bring your own sewing machine (we do have a couple to lend out if needed). If you haven’t used a sewing machine before you will be asked to come for a practice and instruction mini workshop before this workshop. A list of fabric that you will need to purchase and bring will be sent before the session.
Refreshments will be available throughout the workshop, but do bring lunch or you can visit one of our local cafes or shops to purchase.
20th and 21st July 2024 10-5pm £85 plus fabric (you can get this for approx £15).
