Description
You dont need to be an expert… beginners very welcome! If you have fancied experiencing The Pottery Throw Down show, (but without the time pressures!) then come and have a go and learn lots of ceramic techniques.
You will have an introduction to the day and then take part in:
Pottery Throw Down on the wheels
A sculpture making challenge making flowers or your choice
Slab building either a mug or garlic grater/herb stripper
This is a fun day… our tutor will even cry if you want them to! You will also glaze your makes and you will come and pick them up approx 2-4 weeks later.
This workshop is for beginners or those that have worked with slab pottery before. Please wear old clothes or those you don’t mind getting clay on.
There will be refreshments available throughout the workshop, including some cake.
