Description
Would you like to have your very own, personally designed butterdish? Well, with this workshop you can. You will use slab/handbuilding to make the rectangle form and base and then decorate it with your choice of design. We will guide you and help with this of course! You will be able to make a handle and other 3D designs to add to your dish. We will take it away to be bisque fired and then you will come back and glaze it.
This will go in the kiln and returned approx 3 weeks later to you.
This workshop is for beginners or those that have worked with slab pottery before. Please wear old clothes or those you don’t mind getting clay on.
There will be refreshments available throughout the workshop, including some cake.
