Ideal for individuals, couples or small groups. Our Deluxe Chocolate Truffle-Making Workshops are designed to be fun, interactive and teach you new skills. Plus, you’ll get to leave with a selection of beautiful chocolate truffles made by you!. This workshop is one of our Night Out events, so come on your own or with a group of friends as there will also be cocktails involved!
Firstly, our chocolatier will give you a brief introduction to the world of chocolate. After that, you will learn how to make delicious chocolate truffles by hand, from melted chocolate and cream. Under our expert guidance, you will learn how to mix, pipe, shape, coat and sprinkle some magic on your own handmade truffles. You will decorate them and also use other ingredients. You’ll then beautifully package them to create your very own chocolate delicacies to take home and perfect for gifts.
Arrive at 7pm – cocktail reception, then a demo and chocolate making for the rest of the evening.. plus another cocktail of course! Other refreshments will be available during the evening.
