Description
Our series of ‘Night Out’ workshops have been created so you can meet up with your friends/family, going ‘out out’ to The Sorting Office as well as making something fabulous. This Friday evening event is on 26th July or 29th November from 7-9.00pm and features Gin and Fused Glass making a bowl or wave or coaster set.
You will design and make your own fused glass decorative bowl or wave or coaster set. We will provide a gin tasting and some nibbles and you are more than welcome to bring your own bottle too.
7pm arrival with Gin cocktail
7.10pm Kathryn, our fused glass expert will talk to you about the materials, techniques and tools of fused glass.
7.20pm you will have a practice with using the tools
7.30pm You will design and make your own bowl/wave/coasters whilst enjoying another glass or other refreshments and nibbles.
9.00pm depart and collect your glass three weeks or so later as it needs to go into the kilns.
