Come along to our kids sewing Saturday – for stitching fun!
We will be running regular kids sewing Saturday’s with a different project in each. We will use the sewing machines and hand stitching for the creations. The children will learn how to use a pattern and cut fabric as well as stitching and finishing. The focus will be on fun with fabric! The children will need to know how to use a sewing machine or have been on our Sewing Machine Driving Licence workshop already. Suitable for children aged 8+ (or those younger who can already use a sewing machine).

This workshop takes place in our Sewing School. We have brand new Janome sewing machines for them to use, plus all the other tools, equipment and sewing ‘notions’.
All patterns, fabric, notions and workshop is provided within the cost. Refreshments will be provided throughout the workshop. Parents/carers are welcome to stay in our reception area or come back later to pick up.
This workshop takes place upstairs in our new sewing school and I’m afraid we do not have a lift. We do have a toilet and refreshment station upstairs.
