Description
In this workshop you will learn how to design a bird scene with lettering and landscape/trees and then how to use the sewing machine and threads to make your design come to life. It really is drawing with fabric and everyone can do this… even if you ‘cant’t draw’. You will learn how to finish the design and then frame it to take away and adorn your home!
This workshop is suitable for everyone. Cost includes refreshments and cake.
30th May 2026 10-1pm £45 including all materials.
We do have sewing machines for you to use, but if you want to bring your own you are welcome to. You need to make sure your machine can drop its feed dog and also bring a freehand foot.
Please note – this workshop is taking place upstairs in our sewing school. I’m afraid we do not have a lift.
